I searched and search to no avail for the o2 connectors. Ebay has them for 11 bucks and efi connection has them but their site currently has them as not availible. Should be able to post that pdf on here as well

On the attached link, under "part number", type in S817 for O2 connector.
If you want to see all the small terminal connectors, go to "catalog", and then "WC Accessory" to download the entire catalog. Terminals start on page 95.
