No such thing as P01415 that has one too many digits. P1415 is there and is a AIR bank performance code which I really doubt. They probably meant the one you gave but it should go away after you clear the code. No reason at all the light should stay after they "fixed" what was wrong.

P0141 - HO2S Heater performance Bank 1 Sensor 2
P1415 - Secondary Air Injection (AIR) System Bank 1

Directly from my HP Tuners.
Once the codes are cleared they should NOT come back after replacing a clogged CAT. AIR should not be throwing a code and the 141 code would mean the O2 needs to be replaced after the CAT.

P1415 is the drivers side air check valve, they're known for getting clogged with carbon deposits, easy to replace yourself. Take it someplace that scans codes for free like autozone and verify that's the code.

wouldnt a clogged cat be a "converter below threshold" code? I think that would be a p0420... When a cat goes "bad" is means the engine is not running properly for example, burning coolant or running rich to melt the cat or contaminate it... cats should last the life of the vehicle. those codes dont seem related to a cat...
