Maintaining Weather Seals
i'm wondering how to properly maintain the weather seals on my car (doors, windows, t-tops) so that they don't crack or dry out or whatever...
i've heard putting a thin layer of baby oil on all of them the first day of winter is the thing to do....
any help is appreciated

I'd be reluctant to use any type oil (or petroleum distillate) on rubber as it could act as a mild solvent.
