Default Storing - Heated or Not?

I have the option to keep my car in either a heated or unheated garage here in Wisconsin. I'd prefer to keep it in the unheated garage so I have the heated garage available to me during winter but curious if anyone has opinion on whether it matters to the condition and maintenance of the car?

Certainly warmer is better if given the choice. Generally, low temps are o.k. if the car is well prepared. Ultra low temps could cause plastic to crack however.

More important than temp is humidity. Keep that car dry.

I would say it depends on what kind of car you have and how much it means to you. I would keep mine in a heated garage and suffer myself...but that is just me and I am a sentimental fool.
