Question idle problem

my idle rpm is like 500 rpms runs fine it is a descreened mass when its warm and i come to a light it seems like it wants to almost die goes to like 400 rpm but it wont stall out just runs real low, could it be a vacuum leak? what should normal idle be, i just got the car back in may this year car drives good other then that, new to this motor so if anyone knows where to check for the leak let me know thanks......

A vac leak would make it idle higher, try disconnecting the MAF sensor and take it for a spin and see if there is a difference.

As far your idle problem, I would first check your IAC counts with a scanner to see if it's responding.

Your IAC motor is responding if it went back up to 550 with the AC on. Lights may be flickering becasue the idle is so low. It would still be nice to know what the IAC counts are though.

Is the car stock? I mean throttle body and tune.
