Maybe this is a long shot, but maybe the battery itself isn't putting out the proper voltage causing a sag in system voltage and causing the reset. Tho now that I think of it I doubt it would start if that was so. Maybe the main ground is in a bad way? Slayer has another good point the BCM could be the problem.

You can reach behind the drivers side head and feel if the grounds are loose.
Also check on the drivers side frame rail. There is a ground strap that runs from the harness to the frame, it will be grounded right by the brake lines.
Also check the ground from the battery on the passenger side shock tower. Make sure that it's nice and tight.
Then check your battery connections to make sure they're on tight and no corrosion.
