Oh. Right. ****. I need to stop unplugging things and not labelling them. I pulled my alt for my boyfriend's shop to rebuild. I'm a moron.

That small connector by the PCM is a ground wire for one of the dummy lights on the dash. Not sure which one, though.

Also...that "ABS sensor" (original fourth pic) is an accelerometer. The fifth pic on the first page is the bulkhead connector for the fuel pump and fuel tank sensors.
+1 - This probably also explains all of the orphaned positive locks. Usually they are used with sensors or other key driveability or safety connections.

The positive locks are really called "Connector Position Assurance" (CPA) devices by their maker, Delphi. Here's a picture of what they look like properly installed. The CPA is the blue thing: http://ocw.weber.edu/automotive-tech...onnectorphoto2

Oh weird, none of them were connected to anything on my car at all. There were a bunch on wires when I pulled the carpet out, but they weren't "locked" into anything, they were just hanging there, so I snipped them off.

They were all put there for a reason. Each one should have been paired up with a loose plug (like you have in your engine bay) or were taken out of another connector (that you still have) and not put back in.
