Just put that full length upper radiator hose on.
Go to Advance Auto with $30.00 and get a fluid cooler.
Put it on in 15 minutes.
Have actual, real, PS fluid cooling.
Mind sharing a link to the one you're using? Cheapest I can find on their website is just under eighty bucks.

Might be too wide though.......all you need is a 4 row.

Many of have ditched the cooler altogether without any negative results. Just something to keep in mind for those stumbling across the thread.

I got the autozone cooler that LS6427 mentioned for around $30 and put it on my 95Z that did not come with a factory cooler.

With Redline fluid and this cooler installed the reservoir temps will read 108* on a "cool" night about 8pm after a 30min drive mostly highway. I'm going to log the temps after a 80* sunny autocross day.

I don't know what my temps were before the cooler so I can't say for sure if the cooler is helping me THAT much.

I just remember that if you left your hand/finger on the factory PS fluid cooler more than 1 second you would get a 3rd degree burn........the PS fluid is traveling through that pipe......so you can bet its pretty close to that hot.

Now with these aftermarket coolers we have......you can leave your hand on it all day.....it's just warm. Big Big difference in temps.......
