Well, as you know I aint no little fella. They are very comfy and sturdy. I adapted the sliders that come with the seats to Corbueau seat brackets for an f body. Scat/Procar also make brackets. And FYI thrid gen brackets fit our cars also.

After looking at their updated site, seeing they are selling Scat/Procar seats....they may now have brackets for our cars. I bought my brackets off E bay.

I'm Corbeau Forza biased. Look at that seat, your *** isn't going anywhere! The place that put my roll bar in modified my stock seat bracket to work. The only time I hate that seat is when I drive from FL to PA. I carry a pillow with me then, I stick it in the seat around VA. I know a company out there makes seat inserts for that style seat so it is more comfortable, but I haven't figured out who that is yet. My friend had a insert for his same style Sparco. Really though if the trip is say 5 hours or less, the seat doesn't bother me, it is comfortable.

My brackets are made by Corbeau, I bought them used. SInce I bought mine Corbeau stopped selling the brackets seperatley from their seats. But you can find them second hand like I did.

I mounted the Hunsaker sliders to the Corbeau brackets with 4-1/4 inch grade 8 bolts, flat and lock washers, no room for any bigger bolts, its PITA to let me tell ya.

Scat/Procar also make them for our car.

According to their site they make Brackets now for the F-bodies. I sent them an e-mail to see if they had any info.

K, what about for a stock interior car?

Are you saying that the Seat needs a Cage/Bar to work properly, or are you sayin that if I had one there is another Bracket that needs to be used with it..?

Just wondering..

K, do you happen to have a link to the Bracket that you are talking about?

Basically you can't just put the Seats in and go..?

Alrite..besides the for-no-reason smartass comments..

What you posted makes no sense. I understand the Seats need to be bolted to the Chassis with a Bracket that secures the Seat down to the car with all 4 bolts.

From what I gather you are saying there is another bracket that I'm not accounting for that I should have since I don't have a Bar/Cage..?

Edit: I think I got it..

Cause I said this you honestly think I would put the seats in the car without bolting them in?

let me put this in terms I would use with a 5 year old so you can comprehend it ok

MERV WHEN YOU HAVE A BAR OR CAGE THERE HAS TO BE AN UPPER BRACE FROM THE SEAT TO THE CROSS BAR.

In your case you wouldnt need it assuming you dont have a bar in the car. I thought it was pretty clear from my post where I stated I was reffering my comment to the photo above it. Im sorry my comment went over your head. But I should expect as much from someone that chops a hole in the hood

BTW.. I can't see pics over here..I've made that fact known. If I could I would know what people were taking about and life would be simpler.

Me and FASTFATBOY have gotten into it in the past but we can be mature enough to help each other out with good info..so when your panties untwist there mdacton lets see if you can come out and play nicely too.

We can all sing kumbaya or have a ****** group hug..whatever you want to do so you can get all warm and fuzzy inside..
