Default Why is my car so loud?

heres my setup:

corsa catback, no tips,
pacesetter ceramic coated lt headers,
and no cats cause its florida
pacesetter y-pipe,
the car is cammed but its louder than everyone elses

anyone have any recomendations for something that maybe quiter
not really wanting to change the headers but open to everything else, thanks

Its not the headers. Try a Magnaflow exhaust. Mine sounds like pure evil when I get on it, but its not bad while driving normally and I have a 427ci.

do you have cats aswell? do you think it will make much of a difference?

have you thought about getting a cutout?get a quiet exhaust then you can just be loud when you want to.

My cats are gutted. When I gutted them it did get a tad bit louder, not much though. It changed the sound a little too.
