~~ No Dash Lights! ~~
If it is in a 4th gen, check the IP dimmer fuse #16. Its in the manual.

Thank you sir! Ill check that fuse. Theres just so damned many I didnt know where to start lol
Didnt have the manny
Another thing to try is mess with the dimmer switch, if they flicker you might have a bad dimmer. Mine I know is worn a little, it doesn't turn off but it doesn't dim in a linear fashion, it goes dimmer then brighter then a little dimmer, then dark lol

All headlights, tails, turns all work fine. Including interior lights.
Only thing out is dash lights and A/C lights.
Ill deff check the sockets

I should note that I can hear a buzz or whistle sound coming from the speakers, the sound pitch and volume match that of the pedal RPM... Wth?
What weird about the noise is that it didnt happen until the lights went out.
I verified again tonight that all other lights are functional. Except one blown pass front turn, and the two rear side markers...
A blown bulb couldnt cause this right?
Fuse #16 will still fry as soon as I put it in...So I will have to find the schematics

Can anyone verify that these are the wires I should be checking? And if they are the only ones?
According to this they have nothing to do with the external lighting. So therefor I should worry about those sockets, correct?
EDIT: Ok so I found out that 3 and 13 are for steering wheel radio controls. And with a 99 I dont have that. But I assume the wireing is there , so that makes me think it has something to do with the radio wiring. I pulled the dimmer, under dash and cluster. Nothing seemed to be out of order... Only thing I noticed was a splicer connector on the brown wire that goes to the dimmer. Id like to know why the hell that was put there...
