P0171: System too Lean (Bank 1) need help
#62
I got this info today:
STFT B1 21.88
LTFT B1 24.22
STFT B2 12.5
LTFT B2 -100
This is the freeze frame data I got off of my scanner. There is some other info there as well MAF 36.53 TPS 16.86 MAP (KPA) 0
I read this:
"The average long term fuel trim cell value is above 23 percent"
My LTFT on B2 is -100???? Why is my code on B1 lean and not B2 how can it be -100?

Thanks for keeping this thread so detailed. I have the same problem! I was hoping that fuel system cleaner would take care of it, but that only worked long enough to pass emissions.

You really need to examine the PCV system further. Your best bet is to monitor the fuel trims while disconnecting and plugging the PCV port on the intake and PCV breather at the throttle body. If the STFTs begin to correct immediately, you've isolated the problem.

I am having lean condition under boost, but I figured out , I believe its the wideband sensor, I searched and even though the WB works, it can be faulty. My O2 Sensors are reading about 900 plus mv under boost indicating a rich condition. I hope you still find your problem..
What are your mods?

Its with HP Tuners in the special functions Tab, The Long term Fuel trims are reset. But You have to drive about 30 miles to get an idea where they are at. The Long term fuel trims are averging out what the short trims are doing.
