Annoying squeak coming from front of car

Does pushing down on the front passenger quarter panel relate to the wheel bearings? When I push down on it it definitely squeaks. I am wondering if this is the exact same squeak I hear while driving.
My tire definitely wobble like that. I'll jack it up again soon and spin the bearing to see if it makes noise.

Squeaks you hear when pushing down are your bushings or shocks. When you press down, you simulate going over a bump. If your sound only happens when you go over bumps - that's it. If your sound happens when ever the wheel is turning - you need to look at rotating equipment.
