Default Removing plastic steering wheel cover?

How is this done without triggering the air bag?

Horn does not work and the electric relay and horn are OK. I beleive the electrical contacts in the streeing wheel are dirty and need to be cleaned.

Unplug the battery, and their are four screws on the reverse side but you are going to need a short driver cuz it's tight behind there

when you disconnect the battery wait at least 30 minutes before removing the wheel just to be safe.
