Car cranks, but won't always fire on first key turn.

Kinda forgot that I started this thread, because for about a month, it started fine every time. Then last Sunday we were going to take it to church, and it would not start. Cranked it about 5 times and said, better not take this today. Tried a few different things, then Wednesday just had it towed to a shop for a quick "no start" diagnosis. He narrowed it down to the ignition key cylinder. Replaced that, and it has been starting like a champ.

Until last night. Started acting up again.
Seems to start fine when it is cold.... and when it is hot. I could turn it on and off, right after it had been running with no problem. It is that in the middle time of like 15 minutes - 4 hours after it had been running is when it has trouble.

Shop I took it to checked fuel pressure/spark and everything was normal. Traced it back to the security system wasn't allowing it to start, that is why they replaced the ignition switch/chip in the key.
