Okay the Firebird is smoking and running really weird. It will idle a tad choppy (throwing white smoke) and then the RPM's drop and then spike (both only by a couple hundred RPM's) and return to the choppy idle. I took it around the block and it seemed it smoked more with high rpm's, but not according to stress on engine. Uphill in 3rd gear i pushed it hard and it didn't smoke, but a little gas will throw out more. Also a black residue on the exhaust. Passed compression test and my stepdad and I are out of ideas. He builds NASCAR cars for a living, so overlook simple issues. He suggested getting my injectors checked, one might be dumping fuel. Any more ideas?
