you start it put it in D, it gos without pressing the pedal, then when you push the pedal it doesnt accelerate sometimes, then when you let off the gas it wants to by itself, its wierd

maybe dirty maf, or the sensor on the throttle body that calculates how far the throttle is open is ****.

maybe the fuel pump or fuel filter is bad and or dirty

There isn't a single electronic part on the car that can open the throttle blade to let more air in. The only way an engine can accelerate without you doing it is if more air gets into the intake than should be there. Therefore, you have a very strange vacuum leak that only leaks when you take your foot off the pedal.......or you need a new IAC valve. As mentioned, it is possible to clean it IF the problem is from the IAC valve being very dirty and its wigging out. Just take it out, don't touch the spring or unscrew it....just spray the **** out of it with MAF cleaner, WD-40, or the like, and bolt it back up to the TB. If it looks clean, go buy a new one and try it out. If it doesn't work take it back for a refund, just tell them it does not fit your TB.

The cruise control can........ and i heard of a few instances where people claimed the Traction-Cruise control caused the car to accellerate on its own.

Yes,i am.. I unplug the idol air control and it seems to have stopped the issue almost completely. My car has a brand new mass air flow sensor Yet it's throwing a code for it, It's also throwing aTPS code., I found some wires burnt. I believe on the driver side header. I'm not sure where they go to.

might be beneficial to start your own thread - that may help.
for starters - can you post all the codes you are getting? and replacing/repairing the burned wires is a start.

I've experienced that on my m6 maybe once or twice. I will notice the idle will be a little higher then it should be and when putting it into gear the car will drive slowly without pressing the gas. I just clean the MAF and throttle body/sensor and it seems to solve it every time. Haven't had to replace anything to date just spray and wipe clean and it seems to go back to normal. Its probably just gunked up.
