1 and 5 run to the "IP 2" 40A MaxiFuse in one of the underhood electrical centers, so you might check that.

11 and 17 go to a fusable link, probably buried in a wire loom in the engine compartment. But if your radio works, there may be an issue with your testing.

The other stuff comes from the BCM, so you could have a problem there also.

So, they sound like three different issues. If you check the underhood fuse for your lights, that may be an easy fix.

Okay checked the IP2 fuse first under the hood. Nothing when testing across the fuse with the hazards and break pedal depressed. But test the left or right side of the fuse while grounding it, getts a 14v reading on either side of the fuse. So I take it the fuse is bad?

If both sides have power, then that would indicate a good fuse. For the cost of the thing and the amount of grief going on, you might replace it anyway.

If it ends up that you have power at that engine compartment fuse, and none at the inside fuse, you must have a break in the wire in between the two. If there are other broken wires in the vicinity, then you might be on to other issues.

Okay. I'll look on Sunday for the wires. Anyone have a diagram so I can track down the wires I need from the engine loom to the door loom? Or know what color they are. Thanks in advance.

Okay so no broken wires from the hood to the door jam fuse boxes. Any ideas like a burnt bulb causing the problem?

If you don't have power at the fuse and don't see any cut wires, you'll need to trace the wires back until you find the problem. Your issues are all over the car, so its probably not going to be an easy fix.

Didn't think it would be. I'll retest and post photos just to make sure I am doing the testing right before I go ripping out the wiring harness.

Okay quick question could it have some thing to do with the battery or connections to the battery? When I go to turn the car over it clicks like the battery is dead and then all the gauges go from left to right and then reset. I only got this problem shortly after installing this gold top from auto zone. And the battery is capable of starting the car as it did yesterday.

Dunno. If the battery isn't right, you'll want to get it in good shape first to remove all possible variables before digging in for the fix.
