My blower motor is vibrating again so I'll need to pull it. Last time I installed this mod the loose flaps of the modified filter got pulled down, so I went back to stock since then. On a tangent, the blower motor mounts via three screws to another plastic case. Some work in the past has caused those female plastic nubs that the screws connect to to become stripped or compressed. Any ideas on a repair that still allows easy maintenance without replacing the case? It would seem difficult to make repair to those two back screw locations. If I could find the replacement case, how involved is replacing that case behind the glove compartment?

Wink

I keep Sara (2001 Z28-55k original miles) covered in the garage, drive her once a month. It is not worth it to me to go through this hassle. Informative post however.
