Default Car is experiencing vibration after some maintenance

So rescently i replaced header gaskets on my trans am because they were cheap ones and blew out

So now the car quieted down big time, but after i did that everytime the car warms up in 90 degree summer weather, the exhaust system makes Cracking/Cringing sound once in drive, its a very annyoing sound. And my rear view mirrors are vibrating big time once the car idles in drive with brakes engaged.

My current exhaust setup is welded after headers. Can someone give some insight on the problem??? Its driving me nuts!

Well, i just sold my car... I pointed out the noise and everything. The buyer was very concerned with the noise and told me that he was gonna check it out by a mechanic... I told him that its the exhaust and not the engine. As an honest person, i told him, if the repair costs over 500 dollars, bring the car back with a so called estimate...

Back to topic, could that noise come from overtightened header gasket? I used grease and everything, I also used an OEM gasket, Noise is coming from driver side, rear view mirror is vibrating, while the right one does not

Oh and no worries guys, imma buy another ls1 after i come back from MC bootcamp
