100k on a fuel pump is good, but I would make the change now.

does it only do it after it has sat for awhile? If so you could have a bad fuel pressure regulator...an easy way to check is to put a fuel pressure tester on the rail turn the car on so the fuel pump primes then let it sit for awhile and if the pressure drops you have a bad regulator...

I get 60psi when the pump is running up and it drop to 50 in the gauage as soon at the pump shuts off during a key on test, would not the car still has enough presure to start the plugs firing and injectors to work? at this presure?

What pressure are you guys getting on a stock pump?

I had this in my case it was the pump, could also be a leak in the hose on the pump.

I recently had the hose come off my pump in the tank, the hose was still connected, but just barely, my fuel pressure was like 40 psi with the key on and it started and ran fine. I only noticed cause the pressure would bleed off and i had to prime the pump to start it , spark was fine
