Cracked spark plugs?

Check the pin rows in the PCM, look for any burnt pins or discoloration.

engine grounds the ones iv seen are good.. PCM i haven't checked yet. plugs are all good checked them couple days after i swapped them.

Well, I was told once by a wiring guru that helped find a problem with my wiring. He said that if there is any problem...electrically...with any individual fuel injector on one bank, that it will affect all 4 injectors on that bank.

Its not a coincidence that all 4 cylinders on the same side are misfiring, there's something thats affecting them all.

Check all the wiring for each injector. Maybe even just let the engine idle....grab the entire wiring harness on that side and move it every which way....see if the misfiring goes away intermittently. If it does, you have a wire issue right around there.

But check the pin rows in the PCM.

MY PCM to engine ground came loose....the passengers side of my engine would not fire, just the drivers side.

That wiring guy came to my house and found it. He spliced in a new wire and just bolted it to one of my valley cover bolts, instead of struggling to get behind the head. That ground is 16cm from the PCM in that wiring harness. 4 wires go into one big one, then back to the head. I think it was purple.

Pics below of the bolted new wire.

glad i read this, i've been having the same kind of issue. mine keeps missing intermittently. it would do it at idle and if you wiggled the grey connection for the coils it would fire and then miss and then fire as you played with it. it looks like the female side of the ground is a little loose. gonna try to tighten it back up and see if it helps,.

I'd definitely get rid of ALL missing....before I spray it. I wouldn't even go WOT if my engine is missing...you can lose an engine by doing WOT with missing/stumbling.

i know but it wasn't missing while driving or WOT. i really don't know if i got rid of the problem, but it came back after i messed with the alarm. so it wasn't that. i then disconnected all the sensors and connected them and it seems to be fine now hopefully i got rid of the problem.. ill keep this up dated thanks a lot for the help guys.. i still have CEL but for other stuff like the o2s and EGR.. no more miss fire code for now.

hey guys im back. still with the same problem. now its even doing it while on the gas ''norma driving''. i took off the alarm wire, took off all the connectors on all the injectors and all the sensors that i could see on the top of the mortor. it got better for a day. now its back, its been raining all day also. really dont know wat else to do. im the DIY type of guy but im not understanding this.. ho also checked the PCM but no sings of loose wir burnt or faulse contact all wires look good. i just changed the gass station i go to also see if it helps.

Worth a shot...I'm doing this in 10 minutes to mine because of my intermittent stumbling/missing.

Go to this link and look at the diagram with the two bolts in the rear of the drivers side head......CHECK them...see if they are loose. There's also one on the rear of the passengers side head.

Not yet. Taking the PCM plugs off in a little bit to see if there's corrosion in the pin rows.

Then I'm going to check the 02 sensor wires again.

After that I'm calling this electrical guru over here to find the problem. My wiring harness is just about 14 years old, thats where the problem lies.
