02 wsg will not start

02 wsg will not start

New battery, new starter, clutch switch OHM out and ok, fuel pump making noise, security light flashes until you turn the key forward, but will not turn over. I can hear the solenoid clicking, all the dash lights work. VATS system? kinda stumped on this one. Thanks

if the solenoid clicks, then it is not vats. either the starter is frozen, or the engine is locked up, or it's a dead battery.

update-thought it was the solenoid clicking its the relays. 12v to the solenoid but no power to the engage wire (checked with key forward). Now on the security system there is no light until you open the door, then it flashes once the door is open, then turns off when the key is in the crank position. I have swapped all the fan relays with the ignition and starter relays. I hate electrical! Thanks guys!!
