Need your help, slight stalling upon take off

Need your help, slight stalling upon take off Tranny is good i would assume.. Doesnt slip under load, shifts will snap your neck, goes thro gears just fine..
But when i come to a complete stop or slow roll driving around town. (stoplights, turning onto streets, pulling into parking lots, etc) as i give it gas it hesitates and then power comes on after maybe a 1 1/2 seconds.. partail throttle and normal DD driving
Any input or ideas..
TPS Sensor?
Convertor itself?
