Rear main or pressure sending unit?

looks to be a broken oil pressure sending unit, you may have broken it getting your transmission out. If it was the rear main that bad then the oil would be flying every where off of the flywheel.

I'd say rear main. You should be able to look and see if it's coming from up high or just from behind the flywheel. Good luck

looks like it slit its wrists.. holy ****... seems to me if it were the sending unit, it would be coming out with a little more force.... id guess a rear main due to the volume... but the delay makes me believe its the sending unit... you will be able to tell if you take off the flywheel...

Look i think sending unit. There have been these problems lately all were sending units good luck.

I would do the rear main as well as the rear main housing gasket because you already have the trans pulled no better time than right now
