Default SEAFOAMED 3.4l Camaro and now 13mpg in town

i sea-foamed my Camaro via brake booster hose and gas tank, it returned 16-17 mpg city for 2 months and now the car has been giving me 13-14mpg in return *TOWN* , i decided to put some sea foam through the crank case and later into the gas tank. still mpg did not change. what went wrong? i did not change the plugs or the fuel filter... don't know if i should.

also car has a strong fuel odor when starting it up....

any help will be appreciated

It could be a million different things and I don't think your problem is at all related to Seafoam. Is it throwing any codes?

If you have cats sounds like they might be getting clogged. Get new cats or remove them, new O2 sensors, new fuel filter, new plugs, new wires, clean the maf and air filter.

I'd pull the plugs first and check them. If a car hasn't been seafoamed before and has a lot of miles it can usually foul the plugs, if its not the plugs then i would check the O2s next

the o2 sensors were replaced about a year ago, havent looked at them, they were bosch replacements, and the car does have about 194,000 miles.
