Car left me stranded on freeway!
I just hit 160,000 miles on my camaro yesterday and as I was driving home traffic came
to a stop on the freeway my car started idling real low and died. It would crank over fine
but wouldnt start. No ses light either. After about 5 min it started and managed to get out
of the lane. I just wont idle and if i gas it it stumbles then it revs. Im thinking fuel pump.
Any ideas?

Yep check the Alternator... & Fuel pump.
The very first night I picked up my car I got stranded in the middle of I-15.
(I live in Utah and I was moving it from southern Utah to Northern, needless to say nothing is in Central Utah)...
So I had to hitch a ride with a rice burner who was kind enough to stop by.. lol

Sounds like an IAC valve issue. They tend to gum up on high mile cars. Remove (from the throttle body) clean with carb cleaner, and reinstall. May fix the problem, may be an actual part failure. My experience is that dirty IACS will cause stalling when the RPMS fall to idle. This may also be accompanied by a smell of fuel.

Would you say that could be the IAC? (110k Miles)

Cleaning the IAC is easy and basically free. Make sure you clean the throttle body blade edges with some carb cleaner as well- the edges where it actually touches the throttle body itself because they get carboned up.
Lastly, you need to scan for codes. The fact that you say it ran fine for 3 minutes leads me to believe it is having trouble once it goes into closed loop like possibly a failing o2 sensor.
