MMs are not the easiest thing in the world to change out.....best to do them if installing headers.......but i can GUARANTEE you that your MMs are SHOT......and your tranny mount is too........ its sometimes hard to see how bad it is till you take it out

Get a rubber transmission mount, and do the Poly Motor Mounts. This is what I did. If you think Poly Trans mount is the way to go please read the posts on here about them. Good Luck! Poly & Poly will have Vibrating on down the road.

Hopefully you are able to install new rubber trans mount yourself, because with rubber trans mount they are going to break again and again (depending on your driving). I bought two gm trans mounts and replaced 3 before i finally went with a poly trans mount.

If you do go with poly trans mounts, you will get vibrations for awhile over 50 or 60mph but after driving a few weeks vibrations get lesser and lesser till there almost non-existant. Imo, they are worth it.
