LEAK coming from right above the starter??

LEAK coming from right above the starter?? So i got under there, cleaned it all up and ran it for about 2/3 minutes and i noticed a leak coming from somwere right above my starter.. It runs down along side 1 of the 2 starter bolts.. The 1 bolt closest to the motor to be exact.. I've heard it can be coming from a loose vally bolt under my intake manifold.. Been having the leak for a little over a month just havnt had time to check it out.. The car is parked and not drivin..
