Ok, so I replaced the flasher and now the signal works, but the bulbs are wacked. The passenger side has both filaments lit all the time, where as the drivers side only has 1 filament with the running lights on, and both on with the parking lights on. WTF!?!?!?!?

Switch the bulbs left to right and see what happens. That will tell you if you have a bulb issue or a socket issue.

Tried that, same result. I did lengthen the harnesses when I did the wire tuck, so it almost has to be something I did. I know all the joints are fluxed and soldered very well, so it's not a connection issue. It almost has to be a mistake in which wires go where. They all seem to light up correctly when tested with a power probe.(awesome tool) So which is right, one filament being lit, or both?

Yea, It sounds like a wiring issue at that socket, then. Or the two socket wires could be shorting to each other.

Solder is not typically used on automotive wiring connections. The solder can crack and cause sparking/shorts. You'll notice that all wires in cars, airplanes, and boats are stranded wire. They need to be this way in order to handle the vibration. Solid wire will crack and solid solder connections have the same issue.

All splices are twisted together to make a good mechanical connection before being soldered. I'm thinking I have the 2 brown wires for the pass. side mixed up. I may just switch them to see what happens.
