Default looking for a good shop within a couple hours of southwest michigan

I have a 98 trans am and i need some help with it.. I am looking for a shop near kalamazoo michigan i dont mind driving a couple hours if need be... My car has a vacuum leak of some kind that is causing it to high idle and i cant figure out what it is and it is also shifting funny when you get on the throttle it will shift through all the gears and run in overdrive at 25 mph so i need someone with some really good experience to help me out...

I was told there is a vacuum line that runs to the transmission but idk if that is true if someone can confirm that maybe i will try that but other than that im not sure if there is anyone who has ran into this help would be great but otherwise if someone knows a shop that they would recomend that would be great

High idle and shifting problems sound like a bad TPS to me, not a vacuum leak. These transmissions are electronically controlled by the PCM and the TPS and MAF sensors play a big role in when it shifts.

I'm assuming no codes?
