well on the gauge its like 20/40/60 it gets to the 20 mark and then when i speed up it gets a little above 40 so just wounding if that means my oil pump mite be going out?

the oil pump is driven by the crank shaft so that's why it increases with rpm. it's normal though. you'll also notice it probably drops more when it warms up than when it's cold. as long as it goes up when you accelerate.

20 psi when hot is normal especially with 5w30 oil.
If you're in a warm climate, not seeing less than 32F for cold starts, run a 10w40 or 15w40 oil.
the oil pump is a positive displacement pump, and the faster it spins (engine rpm) the more oil it outputs hence the higher pressure. When oil is colder, it is thicker (higher viscosity) resulting in more oil pressure. When the engine hasn't fully warmed up and at 3000 rpm or higher you are below 40psi then you have a problem.
