Exclamation Vibration at Low RPM's

So today on my way to work I noticed a vibration in the clutch when I was releasing it from a stop. My first thought was a clutch issue, but I can feel it when the clutch is completely compressed too but not nearly as much as when I am releasing it so I don't think the clutch is the issue (correct me if I'm wrong). When I turn the car off, it shakes almost like a diesel would when you kill it. The car never did this until I felt this vibration. The weird thing is that it went away for a while as I was getting to work. When I left work tonight it was back however.

A few days ago I pulled the MAF and cleaned it with cleaner and a qtip. (hoping this would help my absolutely ridiculous gas mileage). After cleaning the maf, i sprayed some engine degreaser around the valve covers and pcv valve and then rinsed it with a spray bottle and water.

Also, I have gotten a a few misfires at high rpms so I am doing plugs and wires tomorrow.

Any help would be appreciated.
