Default PO300 Stumble

Here I go.
I have a 97 LT1 manual. A problem I have always had since I got this car last fall was when the car warmed up it would stumble buck and jerk at low RPMs. I have read many threads discussing this but it seems there is no common answer.

Parts changed

Opti
Plugs
Both upstream O2s
Cleaned MAF
Water Pump

Nothing has really changed except I now through the PO300 code after about 25 miles of driving. I can reset the code and let the car coll off and it will run well again.

Plugs are the AC stock varity like what came out of it and actually looked very good. Not rich and not too lean.

Have not changed the EGR. Car has some sort of tune I am told by previous owner speedo is correct with 4.10 gears.

Where can I go on the cheap to get this scanned while running?

If it's missing once it's warmed up, probably the ICM.
