You need to get a small 12 point bolt for the blower pulley so the main belt doesn't hit it.

I'm reviving this thread because, well, search works, so, any link to the bolt you bought to hold the pulley on the Procharger?

My car is in 1000 pieces right now, so I'm not worried about it.

find out the bolt length, thread and pitch and contact ARP. If anybody has it, they will. Also, if you can't find the exact size, order longer and shorten it. Not hard.

Can you just pull your bolt and run it up to a fastenall and match it up, then just order the 12pt version? If they don't have it they can get it/make it. Or contact procharger and ask them what the spec is on that bolt, I'm sure they can get you that info pretty easy, then post it up for the world to see.

7/16-20 x 1.25 Is the correct size, I have a couple of anyone needs one

the washer contacts the pulley though, I’m just going to go with a power master as I’m kind of getting frustrated with this install
