Power Steering noise?

Power Steering noise? Hey LS1Tech!
I've lately been hearing an odd noise from my powersteering.
I only hear it when turning in either direction. - It sounds like the noise you get when you rub your finger on a window in a single area very fast.
That odd squeaking noise...
Anyways! Not sure if this means the pump is going out because I only hear it when the wheel is turned. Both of my tie rods are GONE also. haha.
any thoughts?
