Driver Side Window Regulator Assist Spring Just did my first window motor replacement at 167K on my 98 Z28.
It was.......frustrating.
Having an issue that I can't seem to figure out. The window goes up and down just fine, but the assist spring keeps falling off whenever I close the door with the window up.
I thought I got it back on correctly, but somethings wrong.
Anybody run into this before?
