She liks working on cars, although from looking at her she does not seem the type. She's saved me from having to take stuff apart a number of times.

My friends uncle got all of his right side plugs by taking off the tire, and then the plastic stuff in the wheel well.

did mine from the top also..... removed coil packs and cursed a bunch

How easy is it to get rid of the heat shields around the plugs?

From the top, just remove that # 8 coil(2 bolts and unclip connector)

I can never get it. I scratch up my arms just trying to get the first 3.
The cars getting a new trans so I am having the mechanic do it while the trans is out.

Its REAL EASY to change that plug if you put it on a rack and pull the trans (LOL).

BTW...the dealer wanted $400.00 just in labor to change the plugs....sheeeesh!
