Default Oil Pressure

Should I be concerned of how my gauge is acting? Here is a video of what its doing at idle with a very "light low" rev. I had recently replaced the OPSU with an aftermarket one from Advance and I notice the gauge reads a little differently than the factory one that was in there. The car seems to feel fine. Oil changed regularly every 3- 3.5K miles of Synthetic.

The needle just moves funny.

Same thing happened to me. Seems normal now. I have chalked it up to me probably not paying attention to the gauge untill I changed the OPSU.

Seems normal to me, builds pressure with rpms, seems to wiggle a little but I would chalk it up to our crappy gauges

What made you change the sending unit in the first place? Some other sort of odd behavior, or was it broken during the course of doing something else (like and intake swap)?

Looks pretty normal. I haven't necessarily seen it wiggle under slight load like that before but I have seen it wiggle a little at idle even with the stock OPSU and gauge. I watch my gauge obsessively, dunno why.

If it was fine before, then I wouldn't worry about it. I've seen mine have a bit of needle shake at idle, even with the stock/original sending unit. I've never quite seen it do exactly what yours is though. But again, if it started with the new sending unit then I wouldn't worry about it.
