wow, you'll get 1000 diff answers. i just bought bosch fusion because i like bosch & they are being discontinued. (good price amz). 2004 ls1 dos & donts likes NGK TR5 na & NGK TR6 w superchargers or turbos. edit my fav platinum 2's are discontinued, the fusion had a nice rebate. ps fusion is platinum plus iridium.

If you're not boosted or on juice, go with NGK TR55IX's. Many people use them including myself.

I use them as well, I changed from Champion plugs which I felt were garbage.

ACDelco 41-110 are the OE iridiums recommended since the mid-2000's. I put them in when I did long tubes. I'm happy

^^^Would you know if these are rated for up to 100K miles, like the NGK Laser Iridiums, or are they an < 50K mile rated plug, like the NGK IXes??
(I am pretty sure these are made by NGK. )

They're a 100k-interval plug.

Yep, that is how they are marked on the box from ACDelco.

I would use/have used either those or the basic NGK TR55s.

I ran the stock platinums in my '02 for ~100k miles and about 10 years. When I pulled them out, they looked excellent. There was no significant difference in how the engine ran with the new plugs, and gas mileage only seemed to increase by a marginal amount (less than 0.50 mpg). Based on that experience I feel that for a well tuned, stock EFI engine with a platinum or iridium tip, pulling them out at 50k would have been a waste, IMO.

If the engine is modified, or you're using old style copper plugs, and/or a different heat range, etc., then change intervals will need to be adjusted to compensate for such.

I suggest going through the WS6store.com they are a sponsor on here and Mike has some of the best customer service i have ever encountered. They will probably be around the same price, but garenteed to work, unlike ebay stuff.

I would go with the OE iridiums. My car is not as modded as yours under the hood but when I pulled out my originals at 100k, they were in great shape. I put MSD wires on too.

NGK or AC Delcos either are good choices.
