coolant flush throws code
ETA. Is it the service engine soon or low coolant light? If it is the low coolant light then it could just be a bad sensor.
But I did a complete coolant flush, I did take out the thermostat and reservoir. Took the battery out also. replaced the stuff needing replaced. put everything back together. but as soon as I started the car, I got a code thrown.
any help is welcomed, if you need more info just ask. also if you're in sacramento, can I barrow a code OBII (right?)reader?
No use asking us what it could be until you figure out what code its throwing. It could possibly just be coincidence after your flush and something completely else.
I'd invest in a cheap code scanner that can also erase codes. It's been a real life saver for me.

Anyway......call a few dealerships and try to find a service guy that isn't a complete rip-off scumbag thief.......maybe you can get the code read for free. Which takes approximately 18 seconds to complete.........
