How to test O2 sensors to see if they're good or bad. Codes thrown P0138 and P0161
Codes being thrown are P0400, P0138, P0161, P0100, could they all be related to the same issue? Car runs fine. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance

the easiest way to tell if an o2 sensor is bad is to connect a OBD scanner that can read live data and have someone monitor the o2's to see if they are switching like they should once the car goes into closed loop (after it warms up).

The last three all deal with voltage problems for different sensors. Getting all of these at once is typical of having a cut or melted wiring harness. Your sensors are probably fine, but you probably have a mess somewhere in the engine bay...
The first code for the EGR could be related. I'd find your wiring problem, fix it, erase your codes, and then see what comes back.
