Default Video how to: 93-02 Heater core replacement.

I do a lot of these how to videos for beginner mechanics. Had to change the heater core on my 00 Trans am and I made a video. Figure it might help some people out, especially with the cold weather showing up.

Thanks for posting this. I'm in the middle of reassembling my 99 Formula after an accident that busted my HVAC Box and thought that now would be a good time to install a new Blower Motor and Heater Core.

What brand are you guys using when you replace yours?

I'll happily spend the extra dough on a factory replacement AC Delco if its necessary. But if an Aftermarket piece will last just as long and fit like the original, I don't mind saving $50-$75.

I usually just get the spectra cores. Only had a problem with one and it was a design flaw. Basically it had crimps and O-rings instead of welds. Started leaking after a year and the revised edition had welds.

I hope not. I just noticed water leaking onto my garage floor when I filled the radiator. This old post might be good for me.
