If a hose is pinching, replace the hose, even if it is new. It could be restricting coolant flow. Also if you haven't, I'd do a coolant flush. Also, have you made sure your fans are kicking on & off?

A vacuum issue in the system will collapse any hose....new or old. You seem to have a LOT of air in the system.

You may also have a tiny tiny leak somewhere.....when you turn the engine off the temp of the entire coolant system will rise and the pressure will rise.....pissing coolant out of that tiny tiny leak. Then as it cools....the vacuum is created and air gets sucked into that tiny leak, now you have air in the system.

Might just need a new radiator cap.....

What LS said, make sure the radiator cap is the original GM, they are important to the system. They help with pressure, even then I'd look into a new cap.
