Any Ideas on how to fix this would be great.

If the radiator itself is leaking, I don't care if I hooked it up to a toaster, it's defective and should be warrantied. Your engine type shouldn't make any difference as to whether or not the radiator works unless they're arguing the water pump for an LS1 generates so much more pressure that it breaks the radiator.

The B&M 70264 14,400 Btu has a Low Temperature Bypass..... not real sure what this does but I think it closes off part of the cooler when the trans is cold.
I contacted B&M via email and they told me that bigger is better, nothing about the low temp bypass.
