Car doesn’t click right away
Car doesn’t click right away This just started , I turn the key, lights are on , radio is on, but the starter won’t start. It was a good 3-4 seconds that I got nothing , turned they key back off , tried again and then it started

Maybe a loose cranking wire or marginal battery? What does your battery gauge read when all this is happening? Does it show less voltage in the non-start condition vs. the condition when you do start up?

Check the connection at the starter, read the voltage there. check the wiring diagram to see where the voltage starts after you turn the key, you may have a bad key cylinder (they have contacts inside of them),

Is the security light on or flashing when it won't start? You could have an intermittent VATS problem preventing the starter relay from engaging.
The security light was on for years , like 5 years and then last year I got the ignition cylinder replaced at a Chevy dealership, like 8 months ago. This issue just started and no the security light has not come back on

Is it a manual? If so, try pushing in the clutch extra hard when starting, there's a switch hooked to the pedal. There's also another ignition switch that can go bad, down near the floorboard somwhere that's actuated by a plunger from the key switch (crappy design IMO). Mine had the exact same problem you describe but hasn't happened recently, was not the battery or cables.
Here it goes again , today it wouldn’t start , but this time the security light came on and I recorded it , makes me think it is the ignition cylinder, but it’s less than 1 year old , ugh!!!

Your battery gauge shows low on volts. That alone looks like you have a parasitic draw or bad wires between the starter and battery. An easy first thing to check is the voltage directly at the battery. Is it more than the 9 volts your dash gauge is showing you?
