There is more than one actuator available for each of the positions. If you can get the Delco number off the existing actuators, here is the conversion to GM part number:
Delco #15-71579 = GM 1996747
Delco #15-71975 = GM 1996798
Delco #15-71977 = GM 1996800

The remaining actuator for the defroster has only one option... 1996799
