Headlamp Actuator Control Module

Where is the Headlamp Actuator Control Module located on a `99 Trans Am? My headlight motors (both) most of the time don't open up. I was able to get it to come up by agitating the wiring that leads to the ground point at the front left core support. I suspect an open somewhere and am going to work on it this weekend. There were some modifications made to allow for an oversized radiator and I think my issues are related to that work as it worked perfectly before hand.

This sounds like it could be the cold solder joint problem in the module. Cracks form on the board contacts over time. Jostling of the connectors through wiggling the wires, slamming the hood, etc. can cause them to make proper momentary contact through the contacts and work. A simple pass of a solder iron and a little solder fixes this.)
