Before i take the panel apart, what could be the culprit that i'm hearing on the video? It's def loose feeling when closing the door as well. Passenger side doesn't do it.

^ Those guides do not contact the glass during most of the movement. They primarily keep it off the outer seals (so it doesn't drag) seals as the window is half-way up.
The inner door panel needs to come off to find out what's going on. The regulator rivet holes could be worn or the rear inner roller (The roller attached to the glass bottom frame riveted to the glass.) could be broken. Both of these are common and will cause the window to loosen up.

It depends on what the problem is, but it will probably not be an overnight fix. If you are good with tools, you can probably do this yourself. If not, you'll need the help of a body/mechanical shop.
Please take the door panel off, peel back the plastic on the door. Check out the roller, check out the regulator mount. Take pictures, post and report back.

screw is 1/4-28 tapered head socket head cap screw, thick washer(well greased to minimize metal to metal contact) used to duplicate large roller and has a ID larger than the screw to allow 'swivelling',large thin flatwasher to prevent pullout thru the damaged hole,1/4-28 locknut.
