Default fluids, oils, and filters what do you guys use.

i was just wondering what oil, and filter
you guys use
i am using mobil 1 oil, and a fram tg.
filter,i have not realy shoped around for a filter
i know mobil 1 is pretty good,gm puts it in
the corvette.
i have heard of AMS oil but i dont know if
i like it or not,i have seen some cars come in at work with locked up engine blocks and they had AMS oil in them.
i just have not heard of that many filter brands
what filters,and fluids,and-or additives
do you guys reccomend,or use?

Lower oil pressure is not something I look for in an oil. Sorry, but if I'm not seeing at least 10psi for every 1000rpm at WOT ranges, than I'm not happy. I went with an ARE pump to also increase oil pressure slightly since I had planned to rev higher than the stock rev limit.

I use Valvoline 10W30 SynPower with a M1-107 filter. I'm happy with the results I've had from that setup.

Oil pressure is a parasitic power drain that I can live with!
